Welcome to Aboubacar Diallo, our new i-APS Mali representative, based in Bamako. Aboubacar, with his extensive experience in NGO research and development in Mali, will implement i-APS monitoring and evaluation activities throughout the country. Aboubacar also has a great knowledge of all the regions of Mali, in which he has all worked, which will allow the activities of i-APS Mali to be from the start, oriented towards the whole territory.
