The i-APS team in Afghanistan has begun the technical and field work to help evaluate the impact of the ICLA Program (Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance). Implemented by the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), the ICLA Program in Afghanistan aims to enable people affected by displacement to claim and exercise their legal rights and find long-lasting solutions. Particularly, our teams will design, organize, research, and analyze ICLA program’s support in helping people access housing, land and property (HLP) rights, and obtain civil and identity documentation. i-APS looks forward to working with NRC as well as a wide range of stakeholders in strengthening the program’s impact through learning and knowledge management.
