i-APS Mali has been working since June 2021 on setting up a dynamic team in Mali under the leadership of our country manager. Thanks to a growing network of experts contributing to our work both locally and internationally, so far we have managed to publish a few research studies on youth civic engagement and accountability at the local level.

In 2022, we will begin to implement field research into our work, making the most of support from our partners on how to ensure the use of proven monitoring and evaluation practices.

One of our main objectives will be to train our team in research best practices and to introduce remote data collection processes into our work as much as possible, in order to work alongside health and safety measures and restrictions. COVID-19. As part of i-APS, we also use the “People-First” approach in our work, which means that we aim to ensure the active participation of beneficiary communities, whether in identifying development needs or to implement change.
