
Gloria Angulo
Gender and Protection Specialist
Gloria is an international development professional with more than 20 years of experience, having worked both in program design and management and in monitoring and evaluation across a range of thematic areas including women’s rights, community development and education. During her career she has led, managed and conducted large number of studies and evaluations for the public sector as well as for INGO and Academia. She has lived and worked in Mozambique and Cambodia and has done frequent consulting work in several North and Sub Saharan African and Latin-American countries.
Gloria is a PhD candidate in International Economy and Development and has a Master degree in evaluations.
Gloria manages i-APS global portfolio as Gender and Protection Specialist and also works as Third-Party Monitoring programs Project Manager.
