PERIOD: March 2021 – July 2021

STATUS: Ongoing

NRC has contracted i-APS Afghanistan to perform Evaluation of the Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) Programme.

The evaluation team’s approach integrates a suite of methods and tools, designed to capture both the quantifiable and unquantifiable impacts of ICLA, as well as factors of ICLA’s design, implementation and process fidelity. These findings will be substantiated through evidence generated through data collection and analysis activities which fully adhere to industry guidelines and standards.

Our approach includes: desk review, qualitative interviewing and analysis, quantitative surveying and analysis and secondary analysis. These methods will be applied in a systematic manner, with findings from each stage of research informing subsequent research stages.
