Yemen Health Feasibly Study

This feasibility study was carried out in preparation for the implementation of the proposed “Stabilization of the Health System in Yemen” submitted to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

The aim of this project is to improve the quality, availability and effectiveness of the Yemeni health care system by increasing personnel capacities and expanding infrastructure.

The objective of this feasibility study was to assess status of the four target health facilities and the illness and perceived needs of family using these facilities. The planned project was critically reviewed using the OECD/DAC criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
