Aboubacar Diallo

Aboubacar is an international development expert with proven experience in community resilience, peace-building and consolidation projects.

A graduate of Bamako University of Legal and Political Sciences, with a Master’s Degree in Anthropology, Aboubacar continued to assume roles such as Field Manager and Deputy Coordinator of related projects and programmes on governance, security and development policy analysis in Mali.

With over 12 years of professional experience, he has gained proven expertise in technical mediation specializing in the planning, strategy development and evaluation tools for peace and stabilization processes in contexts of a crisis.

In his role as country representative and country-in-charge, he is responsible for the representation and cohesion of the i-APS Mali team, as well as ensuring the quality of program design and development.
