Alaa Fadhel

Alaa has a BC in English arts-university of Kufa, he has more than 18 years of working experience in reporting, tendering, translating, project implementation, management and coordinating efforts with the local government (executive and legislative authorities) and the international agencies like KBR, USAID-IRD/CSP, IRC/PAC-PARC program, IOM/CRP-TRU programs and Local Organizations. I have participated in constructing many projects in Babil province especially in North of Babil area; also I have good experience in staff managements, able to work individually but prefer to work as part of team, proven leadership skills by acceding position of acting PARC manager in IRC – Babylon office for one year and Acting Senior Program Assistant (Focal Point) . Also I am a focal point of IOM-TRU team in Babylon sub office.

High level of coordination with the local government (executive and legislative), local councils, and Directorates of Labor and Social Affairs, Agriculture, Education, Water, Municipality, Electricity, Agriculture Guidance and Training Center, Planning, Migration and Health to achieve stages of IRC/PARC and IOM/CRP & TRU, facilitate meetings and workshops of IOM with the governmental sectors and arrange travels of local authorities to attend trainings of IOM.
