Hadeel Tawfik

Data Science and Automation Manager


Hadeel Tawfik is a software engineer, Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) expert, data scientist, and information management specialist. She has more than seven years of experience in information management and MEAL related to emergency response programs. She has worked for different international humanitarian organizations in information management and MEAL such as IMC and IRC. During these experiences, she designed and developed various MEAL tools and delivered interactive dashboards. In addition, she has developed many software systems like case management software for education programs to track student courses, attendance and for the UNOCHA 4W reports for the protection cluster based in Turkey. Moreover, she was responsible for combining information from the protection cluster in the Turkey hub. She is familiar with using open source tools in the humanitarian context like DHIS2 and Moodle.
