Kerem is an M&E expert with a background in education. He has been working for NGOs active in the fields of youth social work and refugee aid for nearly 15 years. He has proven skills in managing monitoring and evaluation activities of small to large projects. As a research coordinator he designed and maintained M&E systems, implemented tools such as G Suite, Dashboards and mobile data collection, and instructed and coordinated teams of field researchers. He planned and led a research project on NEET (not in education, employment or training), a baseline study on child labor in seasonal migratory agriculture, and a need analysis on Syrian Refugees in Istanbul, while, with great dedication, pioneering efforts to standardize general workflows and complex yet easy to use reporting systems.
Kerem studied educational science in Bielefeld, Germany with a focus on social inequality, discourse theory, identity and migration.
Kerem is currently serving as a TPM project manager at i-APS.
