Nil is the manager and the country representative of TK-APS. With A Sociology degree in BA and a Master’s Degree in Ethnic and Minority Studies, she has been serving as a researcher and an M&E expert for humanitarian organizations for a long time. She has worked in projects over 7 million USD as a key M&E expert and has written a research book for an organization in 2018.
Her past engagements include projects in the areas of: Migration, Gender, Disaster Management, Child Labor, Youth Employment and Engagement. Currently she is working as the TPM program manager with UNOCHA Syria Cross Border Humanitarian Fund.
