Third-Party Monitoring (TPM)

Today organizations delivering humanitarian and longer-term development aid must comply with donor requirements for outside assessments of the effectiveness of their programs. As a third-party monitoring (TPM) industry leader since 2012, i-APS leverages people, products and field-tested systems to independently monitor projects in some of the most hard-to-reachand sensitive locations.

Our TPM services provide your programs with independent, verifiable data you need to assess program progress and support accountability. From inception, through customized data collection tools, analysis, data-driven dashboards and reporting, TPM provides the firm ground for management decisions and institutional learning.

01 Qualitative and Quantitative Assessment 01 Qualitative and quantitative assessments
Our TPM teams, led by subject matter experts and supported by national field-teams, leverage quantitative and qualitative data collection to answer clearly-defined questions to examine relationships between contexts, project features, major events and other variables of interest. i-APS assessments are designed to understand local understandings of an issue, points of views about a key problem, or perceptions of the benefits of a program; and to unravel the relationships between people, impacts, social processes and their contexts. Our tools reliably collect quantitative and qualitative data that provides independent verification to key questions.
