Professional Development

i-APS is committed to an ongoing professional develop-ment for all our staff members, consultants and partners staff members though our internal people-first professional development.

We provide an environment where people are inspired to  advance their practice, knowledge and skills through informal learning practices, such as working with col- leagues to watch, practice and learn. We have found  that this to be the most effective way. To support an infor-
mal learning practice, i-APS invests resources in hand-books, protocols, internship programs, and knowledge management systems.

i-APS also recognizes the need for an external training and  as such, on individual basis provides financial support for training and learning activities, such as conferences, work-shops, online courses and seminars.

i-APS is a family-friendly work place
