Amina Ferati serves as President of International Advisory, Products and Systems (i-APS), a woman-owned small business that leverages global expertise with local presence to transform organizations and communities into partners for change.&nbsp;

Amina holds a B.S in Biology/ B.A. in Chemistry from East Carolina University and a J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law. Amina is a registered member of the Haliwa Saponi Tribe of North Carolina.

i-APS is a certified 8(a) and EDWOSB. With a background in law and public policy, Amina has over a decade of experience leading program strategy and institutional growth for humanitarian and development partners. At i-APS, Amina oversees the long-term sustainability and expansion of i-APS’ global work, including overseeing i-APS expansion and registration in Latin and South America and Africa. Amina serves as a technical director and quality assurance advisor on i-APS contracts with USAID, USAID BHA, United Nations entities (WFP, and UNFPA). Amina combines her passion for equity with social entrepreneurship to advance community and population health and economic livelihoods through training, capacity building, relief, and development programming.

Previously, Amina led federal policy and government relations for the Asian &amp; Pacific Islander American Health Forum, directing their policy portfolio and managing federal operations. She also served as director for the VENG Group, a leading government relations firm in Washington, DC. Amina has extensive experience in addressing global health, sexual and reproductive health, protection, and prevention of gender-based violence and racial equity. Amina is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She currently serves on the Board of the Society for International Development United States (SID-US).

María is the Global Director of International Operation and Country Manager and Representative of i-APS in Colombia. With a BA in Political Science and a MA in Social Development from the University of Sussex, she has served as a project manager for capacity building, training, monitoring and evaluation, research and TPM activities for USAID BHA activity. Maria has managed over 22 projects/contracts and a team over 49 experts and currently leading an impact evaluation activity for USAID BHA in Honduras. Maria is overseeing work and project management unit across 11 work locations/countries and 3 project locatoins, including Cambodia, Uganda and Honduras. In Colombia, Maria has extensive experience helping national organizations to design and implementing poverty eradication projects in the areas of community leadership empowerment, land use planning and community ecotourism.&nbsp;

Viviana Nassar is a seasoned financial expert with over a decade of experience in diverse sectors, including USAID funded projects. Her strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, auditing, and project management is complemented by a deep understanding of both public and private finance. Her work with USAID on large-scale infrastructure projects highlights her ability to manage complex USAID, UN and other donor and client funded work/financial and admin operations. Viviana's academic credentials, coupled with her practical experience, position her as a strategic leader in financial management.
Viviana has proven expertise in assessing financial performance and developing effective budgets for USAID, World Bank, the UN agencies, and successful track record in overseeing large-scale USAID projects, ensuring financial accountability, transparency and timely reporting. Viviana has through her work demonstrated deep understanding of financial regulations and procedures in complex organizational environments. Viviana is on daily basis demonstrating her ability to work effectively in different cultural contexts (United States, Colombia, Yemen, Sudan, Syria, Mali).&nbsp;
A Finance and Admin Director working for a USG: USAID, DOS and other donors and clients funded programs plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of i-APS work globally.

Sheheryar Haq is certified in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&amp;E) and Project Management (Prince 2) with vast experience in M&amp;E and Programme/Project management, spread in-between governmental, humanitarian, and private sectors (Financial) – in various local, international, and cross-border situations. While managing complex programs; collaborating with donors (DFID, GIZ, SDC, CDCS, BPRM, BHA, EU, EUD, ECHO, UN OCHA, GFFO, USAID and USAID BHA), and dealing with local or international implementing partners. He has a Master’s degree in MIS from the business school of the University of Surrey (UK), Natural Computation (AI) from the University of York (UK), and BS-IT degree from Pakistan. He has been in a key leadership role in overseeing Humanitarian and Development research-data systems, Livelihood programs, and Health (with MHPSS) projects, implemented in multiple countries (Turkey, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan). In addition to managing over 150 project third party monitoring and evaluations with i-APS, he has established M&amp;E (frameworks, designing and enforcing SOPs) and MIS systems for multiple I/NGOs. Furthermore, he has conducted various advance technical and crosscutting studies, such as regional value chain Analysis (Olive oil, Dairy products, agricultural products, and Livestock), country-wide market and labour assessment, data-science-driven regional project-development system, and technical studies on empowerment of marginalized communities through various thematics (Gender, Governance, and Environment). Within i-APS, Sheheryar is a Director of Third Party Monitoring and Learning activities. Sheheryar is also a Manager of Technical Unit and manages the team of over 39 subject matter experst.&nbsp;

Ardita brings a unique blend of data analysis and business development expertise to her work at i-APS via its affiliate KS-APS. Ardita has years of experience in bussiness management, data design, people centered designed and team management. Ardita holds a degree in Economics from the University of Prishtina and has completed several courses at the Academy of Data Science by Creative Hub Kosovo. Her previous experience includes working as an Analyst where she assisted in project proposal writing, data analysis, formatting and interpreting results. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Officer at i-APS and a General Manager at KS-APS, Ardita is managing the team and efforts on identifying new opportunities and conducting the feasibility analysis (go no-go decision-making process). Her responsibilities include leading/following up the entire project proposals process for i-APS Global, from researching and analyzing requests for proposals, short-listing the ones applicable to i-APS and its affiliates, establishing project proposal development tracking systems, creating proposal templates and preparing submission packages.&nbsp;

Dr. Jisha is the Data Analysis Unit Manager and Technical Expert at i-APS, where she oversees a team of data analysts and is responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, implementation, and reporting phase of the projects.
Prior to joining i-APS, she has contributed to multifaceted research projects, developing strategic approaches, new research methodologies, tools, and data analysis plans backed by evidence-informed analysis, and delivered actionable insights to clients like UNFAO, UNDP, ADB, BBC MA, UNICEF, and Danish Refugee Council (DRC). She has also initiated flagship international fellowship programs in the past in conflict-affected countries. Her track record of success of working for Baseline, Post Distribution and End line Studies, and Value Chain Assessments in agriculture and food security, response to disasters and recovery, and sustainable livelihood closely aligns with the strategic focus areas and values of i-APS.
She was a recipient of the Indian Council of Social Science Research’s (ICSSR) Centrally Administered Doctoral Fellowship from 2018 to 2020. Extensive research in cultural economics and sustainable livelihoods has expanded her horizons in the said fields and has also facilitated her understanding of the limitations and restrictions faced while conducting primary research in these two fields. Publishing papers in SCOPUS-indexed and WoS-indexed journals, mainly on aspects of sustainable livelihood, has boosted her confidence and enhanced her research skills, which she is putting to practical use. In addition, in her spare time, Jisha loves to travel, read, play basketball, and is a theatre enthusiast.

Tuul obtained a BA in Linguistics in Mongolia and was awarded a MSc in Public Health from the University of the West of England (UK). In her previous positions, as a researcher and project officer, she was involved in various international projects linked to public health, disaster management and climate change. She managed projects funded by USAID, UNFPA, WHO and other UN and European Union funded project. She is a Project Manager for i-APS responsible for coordinating and managing a complex third-party monitoring project for UNFPA. In this role, Tuul is managing a design of over 30 data collection tools, methods and processes, managing last mile pharma monitoring activities, supply chain management, protection centers, also managing hospitals. Tuul is overseeing a group of 6 international and national experts, 2 data analysis unit members, field operations of over 40 field monitors, and reporting departments.&nbsp;

İlkiz holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, and master’s degree in environmental engineering. Ilkiz professional experience started with work on environmental legislation and continued the professional career in the field of international development. While progressing in the field of International Business Development with DAI. With nearly 20 years of professional work experience, İlkiz is the Country Director for the TK-APS operations.
Ilkiz is a Country Manager for TK-APS is an inspiring new-generation company with an emphasis on community-oriented development and change. Ilkiz is managing a team of experienced experts and consultants in the fields of M&amp;E and data verification in Türkiye and the region.
Prior to joining TK-APS, Ilkiz worked as a Business Development Manager at DAI, a global development company, where Ilkiz led and supported the business development process of various EU-funded projects and programs in the field of governance and social development. With over 4 years of experience at DAI, Ilkiz developed a strong expertise in governance and social development, as well as other sectors such as education, employment, migration, health, and social policies. Before joining DAI, Ilkiz worked as a Business Development Specialist at Çınar Engineering, one of the environmental consultancy companies in Türkiye, and dealt with the preparation of the proposals. Ilkiz was also involved in the implementation of the projects related with river basin management, water treatment, water quality, among other activities.
Ilkiz also worked as a Chemical Engineer, a Corporate Relations Specialist, an Infrastructure Enterprises Assistant Manager, a Public Relations Associate, and a Sales Engineer in different industries, where Ilkiz gained valuable skills and knowledge in environmental engineering, water quality, waste water treatment plants, chemical engineering, medical practice, and public relations.
Ilkiz holds a M. Sc. degree in Environmental Engineering from Hacettepe University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Gazi University. Ilkiz is determined to use her diverse background and competencies to contribute to the sustainable and inclusive development of the communities and regions where TK-APS and i-APS operate.

Roberta Contin brings more than three decades of field experience in development and humanitarian assistance in the Middle East (Yemen, Jordan, Palestine), Africa (Angola, Uganda) and Europe (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Roberta’s field work started as technical specialist in disability rehabilitation, education and disability inclusive education, to evolve as project/program manager of programs focusing in sectors including education, child labor, food security, youth workforce development and, more recently, MERL and TPM. As Chief of Party for the USAID Yemen MEL platform, Roberta provided strategic leadership and direction to the project, focusing on Third Party Monitoring and Technical Assistance to USAID. As Country and Program Director for Global Communities in Yemen, Roberta leads efforts at all project phases – from design to evaluation – at both field and management levels. Her Management approach focuses on building and sustaining teams of staff to foster positive change. Roberta’s work affiliations include INGOs, donors and private companies. Roberta joined i-APS in 2021, focusing on MERL activities in Yemen and Syria. Roberta holds a Master degree in International Education and a Bachelor degree in Education (Bologna University).&nbsp;

Luisa is a Graphic Designer with over 6 years of experience working on diverse creative projects. She specializes in User Experience (UX) design for digital platforms and excels in conducting user research and collaborating with other professionals to enhance digital product usability and aesthetic consistency. Luisa holds an M.F.A diploma in Graphic Design from Iowa State University, where she explored the correlation between empathy and emotional intelligence in graphic design. Currently, she works at i-APS as a UI/UX lead designer, redefining the user interface (UI) design and user-flow planning of various projects and products including for KAP brand.&nbsp;

Shruti has over 6 years of experience in program design, implementation, and partnerships management. She has contextual experience in countries, including Lebanon, Yemen, Jordan, Ethiopia, Syria, Libya, and India, where she developed expertise in stakeholder coordination, networking, business development, and learning. Shruti has led and supported the technical proposal solutioning and design process, designed effective partnership strategies, and managed partnerships and capacity development interventions. She has handled accounts for various bilateral and multilateral donors, development partners, NGOs, the private sector, and organizations, such as USAID, UNICEF, The World Bank, and GIZ. Shruti has managed administrative and technical contracts funded by the World Bank, IKI, and UNICEF. Currently, Shruti serves as a Senior Project Manager and Business Development Officer. She has a Master degree in Sociology with a specialization in Governance of Migration and Diversity from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Zienab Anwar is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research expert with ten years of progressing experience within the multisectoral response. Zienab has over six years of experience working at the senior management level, with Plan International and Terre des Hommes, where she led diverse national and regional teams on MEAL activities in various sectors such as humanitarian response to displacement, emergency response to the Syrian and Sudanese crisis, protection, education, and women empowerment with a track record on impact and process evaluation in the public sector domain and in International Non-Governmental Organizations. Zienab has a master's degree from the Atkinson School of Management, USA, with a focus on nonprofit management. Zienab is a published researcher with a track record of publications with globally acclaimed think tanks. Throughout her career, Zienab has led more than 30 evaluation and research studies, embraced a mixed methodology approach, and utilized longitudinal randomized control trial methodology (RCT). Within i-APS, Zienab currently serves as OCHA Third-party Monitoring (TPM) Activity Team Leader, overseeing third-party monitoring activities and team of over 20 technical experts and over 149 field researchers.&nbsp;

Abdullah comes with over eight years of experience as Agriculture and Rural Development Expert from various development programs in Afghanistan. Possessing a strong understanding of rural development trends in the country, and being passionate and determined to support Afghan communities in need, make Abdullah the perfect man for the job! He holds a master’s degree in Agriculture and Rural Development from the University of Tsukuba, Japan and he’s worked in a wide range of projects funded by the World Bank, UNDP, INL ect. Specifically, most of his previous work and research was done in the following areas: Agribusiness Development, Marketing, Postharvest Management, Food Security, and Rural development. Furthermore, in the last few years, Adbullah has also taken on managerial positions with different international projects serving as Head of Technical Specialist Unit, and Senior Extension Specialist. “The sole focus of my career has always been improving the quality of life for people from rural communities in Afghanistan. I will continue to give my best effort to support programs whether it be through Monitoring and Evaluation, Training Sessions, Awareness Raising Activities, Research or introducing new technologies and practices for improved Livelihoods.” Abdullah has recently joined i-APS as Country Manager and Representative for Afghanistan and will be in charge of managing i-APS’s Research and Evaluation; Capacity Building, and Technology Innovations activities in the country.&nbsp;

Juliana is the Communications, Design, and Visibility Unit Manager at i-APS with years of experience in communications, journalism, and multimedia departments. Juliana studied Communication and Journalism, and worked as Head of Communications at the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF).&nbsp;
Currently, she is managing i-APS communication efforts, including design and delivery of people centered learning videos for our KAPSurvey platform for USAID BHA Third-party Monitoring Activity, and other KAP brand platforms. Juliana is passionate about environmental activism and the humanitarian world.

Catherine is a Venezuelan Sociologist (UCAB 1997) and entrepreneur, with studies in Political Science, Corporate Social Responsibility (USB - 2007), as well as Vulnerable Communities and Conflict Zones (Pontificia U. Javeriana - Colombia 2010). She has been working for 15 years in the management of community social projects in rural and indigenous regions. Much of her work has consisted of directing the social aspects of inter-institutional cooperation projects in the public sector and with NGOs. She has also implemented Technical Cooperation Agreements between Venezuela and Multilateral Agencies (for example, IDB and WB). Likewise, she has managed key elements in Non-Governmental Organizations, working as an ally with other organizations for the joint implementation of social projects. Her areas of interest are data analysis, index formulation and quantitative sociological aspects

Ana Francia Rozo, is a Senior Manager in finance with a diversified trajectory in leadership positions in the area of taxes, compliance, accounting, accounts receivable, payroll, credit and collection in multinational companies in the pharmaceutical sector, mass consumption, advisory and external audit, where she maintained an outstanding performance in the conduct of government audits, in the optimization of financial resources as well as the implementation of transformation processes organizational. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial area, in the simplification of processes, formation of new areas, implementation of improvements in financial reporting systems, management of financial risks, contracts, and compliance. Recognized for its good judgment in decision making, for delivering results and challenging projects, negotiating, and solving conflicts. Additionally, she has experience in the commercial and public affairs area. Ana Francia has a degree in Public Accounting-UCAB, with a specialization in Tax Law-USM and a Diploma in Management-IESA. She currently serves as Administrator for USAID BHA TPM Activity.

Francis is a social development manager with twenty-nine years (29) years hands-on experience in public, governmental and private affairs, handling social investment programs, with focus on poverty alleviation, human rights, entrepreneur’s initiatives, and environmental components. She is a sociologist from Universidad Católica Andres Bello and holds two master's degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from Columbia University. Her experiences include working in diverse complex social settings and sensitive environments in Latin America and Africa. She has occupied important positions in the public sector including the Venezuelan Planning Ministry and Ministry of Social Issues, Oil industry, International Development Agencies (UNICEF, UNDP). Regional Agencies, and international consulting firms. Professional degree in Sociology, from Catholic University Andrés Bello in Caracas, Vzla, and two degrees, one in Political Science from the Simón Bolívar University in Caracas, Vzla, and the other in Public Administration from Columbia University in New York City, USA.&nbsp;

Gladys Siele is an accomplished statistician with extensive expertise in data collection, analysis, and visualization. She graduated with a major in statistics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and has since honed her skills in monitoring and evaluation within the humanitarian sector, particularly in sexual reproductive health (SRH) and humanitarian assistance.&nbsp;
Currently, Gladys is the Data Analysis Unit (DAU) Coordinator at i-APS. In this capacity, she coordinates a team of data analysts and also plays a critical role in the development of sampling methodologies that support the i-APS diverse projects. She is involved in different projects including USAID, UNFPA, UNDP, and various third-party monitoring and evaluation projects. Gladys’ expertise extends to qualitative data analysis using KAPinsights, ATLAS.ti, and geographic mapping using GIS, and she is proficient in multiple data collection softwares including KAPsurvey and analytical software including SPSS, Microsoft Excel, STATA, and data visualization in Looker Studio. Her leadership and technical skills are vital in driving the effectiveness of i-APS’s global activities.

With over 7 years of experience in data management, research and third-party monitoring in the humanitarian sector, and with his established background in technology and in experience in teaching (over 10 years), Najdat holds a bachelor’s degree in literacy and education. Najdat has become a lead Arabic language qualitative data review including translation, senior data analyst and data quality assurance, and a trainer for all i-APS Global operations on Data Management, Design, Analysis and Visualization. Najdat is providing project management and technical support to a number of ongoing projects in Turkey, Sudan, Yemen and Afghanistan. Najdat is part of the i-APS Global technical unit and serves as a connection between the Data Analysis Unit and Technical Unit.

Irene Petkoff has 25 years’ experience in the field of environmental management and sustainable development for global industries. She has supported companies and organizations to achieve their sustainability objectives and align their organizations to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. Previously. Irene was the HSE and Sustainable Development Manager at ConocoPhillips in Venezuela and Peru. At both locations, she led the development and implementation of corporate Environment Social and Governance (ESG) policies and programs while helping to build constructive alliances with multiple stakeholders. As a trainer in her field, Irene has helped support capacity building in Kenya, Peru and Venezuela. Irene holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Microbiology from the University of Kansas, and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Planning from the Sorbonne University. She is also a Certified Coach and a PNL Certified Practitioner. She is currently serving as a TPM Coordinator at i-APS for a number of projects including verification and monitoring of humanitarian assistance programs in Venezuela.&nbsp;

Azza is an economist with years of professional experience in different backgrounds, starting with banking handling customer services and banking daily operations, going through supply chain and project management coordination such as agriculture and livestock projects. She is an honors degree holder in Economic and economic development from university of Khartoum and obtained a higher diploma in political science majored in international relations. Azza manages the administration and finance department for i-APS Sudan, in this role Azza is responsible for managerial as well as budgeting and financial reporting and planning for i-APS Sudan. She liaises on financial affairs with internal auditors and banks in Sudan. Whether it is managing budgets, improving processes, or coordinating complex initiatives, Azza is keen and eager about obtaining knowledge, she is always passionate about utilizing skills to help firms and organizations achieve their goals&nbsp;

With more than 5 years of professional experience and a strong engineering background, Samer, a Senior Assessment &amp; Data Analysis Officer, stands out for his unwavering dedication to upholding high standards and achieving excellence in his work. His expertise in engineering brings a unique perspective to his data analysis efforts, resulting in data-driven decisions that consistently enhance the success of the organization. Samer is not just a proficient analyst; he's also a dedicated team player. His collaborative style and his knack for promoting teamwork in his work setting have continually earned him the respect of both peers and superiors. With an unwavering commitment to quality and a skill for turning complex data into actionable insights, Samer holds a central position in his field, making sure data informs every decision.&nbsp;

Ahlam is helping in preparing and reviewing i-APS Yemen manuals, supporting proposals writing, reporting, and ensuring data quality as programs and data quality manager. She is also managing several projects at i-APS Yemen. She has 7 years of experience in working with NGOs in many humanitarian activities. She has graduated from the English Education department in Yemen. During the same period, Ahlam was working as an M&amp;E assistant in the MEAL Unit. Then as a program assistant at the same Unit. She worked on following up on the project progress and documentation on the Portal365 system. One of her great jobs was being a trainer and capacity building specialist. She trained more than 100 people on how to write proposals and manage the project by using the Portal365 system.&nbsp;

She has more than 15 Years working with NGO, where she worked in different role such as Finance officer/Manager/Admin Manager/HR Management providing support in finance, HR, logistics, procurement, administration and compliance departments for international NGOs such as Intermon Oxfam and International Medical Corps.She has a Bachelor degree in Management and Business Administration. She is currently working with i-APS as Finance Admin Officer for i-APS Global, providing support in administration in different countries delivering training and mentor staff members and consultants on approved organizational policies and procedures related to finance and administration, reviewing monthly financial reporting, checking validity of supporting documents, reviewing of cash request and Cash distribution, allocation and clearing of advances (identify discrepancies, propose changes, work to complete proper documentation),reviewing approved timesheets before salaries payment. She is also in charge of compliance, performing vetting and re-vetting of all i-APS staff members and affiliate staff members.&nbsp;

Aboubacar is an international development expert with proven experience in community resilience, peace-building and consolidation projects. A graduate of Bamako University of Legal and Political Sciences, with a Master’s Degree in Anthropology, Aboubacar continued to assume roles such as Field Manager and Deputy Coordinator of related projects and programmes on governance, security and development policy analysis in Mali. With over 12 years of professional experience, he has gained proven expertise in technical mediation specializing in the planning, strategy development and evaluation tools for peace and stabilization processes in contexts of a crisis. In his role as country representative and country-in-charge, he is responsible for the representation and cohesion of the i-APS Mali team, as well as ensuring the quality of program design and development.&nbsp;

Al-Hassan comes from an administrative background and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has over 6 years of experience in the administrative field and data analysis. He has worked on over 11 UNICEF and NGO funded projects implemented by i-APS in Yemen, after which he was promoted in the position of an M &amp; E officer. Among the most important responsibilities that Al-Hassan assumed in his career were data design, data process flow management, analyzing and cleaning data and ensuring its quality, designing field forms on KAPsurvey and KOBO and ensuring their suitability for field work, training the field team and ensuring full understanding of the project’s objectives. He is currently working as Data Analysis Officer for i-APS for a number of projects, including the projects of OCHA, UNICEF, CARE and ADRA, and many other projects.&nbsp;

Gertrudys Cedeño, is a lawyer specialized in criminal sciences, with more than ten years of experience in the penitentiary practice in Venezuela. She also has more than thirty years of experience in the practice of data collection and TPM activities where she has worked as a surveyor, supervisor and field coordinator, as well as facilitator in the training of field teams for different organizations that are part of the public administration and the private sector. Gertrudys currently serves as National TPM Coordinator for VZ-APS in different projects in Venezuela.&nbsp;

Nada Elbeely works for i-APS Sudan as Data Analyst. She is responsible for data design, data quality assurance and process management, data cleaning, processing, and analyzing data and transforming it into meaningful insights to enhance the decision-making process and solve specific problems. She is also responsible for the data collection process, managing fieldwork, and providing training on a variety of data collection software. Prior to joining i-APS Sudan, she had held positions in research and development and business analysis with well-known companies in Sudan. She is a certified KPI Professional and possesses a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.&nbsp;

Yaser is an accomplished Project Manager with a demonstrated track record of leading complex programs and projects that drive organizational transformation and growth in the field of Agriculture and Livelihoods. Yaser has over 10 years of progressive experience in project management, spanning multiple functional areas, and working in highly complex environments. With a deep understanding of TPM, capacity building and monitoring and evaluation, participatory data collection techniques, team cohesion, and strategic coordination, Yaser has led over 30 activities for i-APS and continuously identifies opportunities for growth and improvement within the project setting. He brings forth excellent skills in team building, communication, capacity development, and inter-department and client relation management. Yaser has extensive experience managing multiple projects in the MENA region in the field of agriculture and rural development. He has managed projects with i-APS funded by a mix of technical and management leadership and organization.&nbsp;

Samir is the Country Representative and Manager for i-APS in Sudan. He has extensive experience in the areas of food security and data analysis applying quantitative methods. Samir also has extensive experience applying practical knowledge and evidence-based data by developing learning products in the agricultural and livelihoods sector, including development of online and in person training materials. Prior to joining i-APS, Samir worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural Studies at Sudan University of Science &amp; Technology. He served as an economic and business advisor for several organizations in the private sector in Sudan. Samir has an MSC and BSc in Agricultural Economics, and he is about to obtain his Ph.D. degree in Germany. With i-APS in Sudan Samir has supervised and managed i-APS expansion to include managing 8 projects and team of over 23 consultants, and over 80 field researchers, trainers, and capacity development experts. Samir is currently serving as a team leader for 2 activities and supervising team of 4 team leaders and 11 senior members.&nbsp;

Having earned a doctorate degree in Agriculture Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA and engaged in numerous sustainable development programs over the past 20 years, Dr. Al-Wadaey makes the perfect country manager and representative for i-APS in Yemen. As Country Representative and Manager for i-APS Yemen he is responsible for the overall representation and compliance, program design and development, human resources management, leadership and program quality. Dr. Al-Wadaey also manages large portfolio of i-APS investment in Yemen. His previous experience covers the following positions: Programs’ quality advisor and MEAL (Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning) specialist at the NFDHR in Yemen; Agriculture advisor for various teams drafting grant proposals for donors (including UNOCHA, DFID, UNICEF, World Bank, FAO, ICARDA, CGIAR, WFP, USAID, WHO); Scientific researcher at ICARDA in Aleppo, Syria, where he was involved in research activities in Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, and Ethiopia to improve the income of farmers and reduce poverty; National Consultant with FAO in Yemen; and a consultant with the World Bank, Oxfam and Yemeni private sector.&nbsp;

With Master of Science in Management of Rural Development from SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies) at the University of London, she has 18 years of overseas working experience in the humanitarian and development sector in several countries in South East Asia: Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and in Afghanistan and Italy. She has worked in coordination and management positions with International NGOs and in partnership with UN agencies, governments and local associations, implementing programmes funded by a wide range of donors. As such she acquired a broad and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of programme development and implementation combined with diverse technical skills including in food security, sustainable rural development, humanitarian and social protection. Chiara is currently serving as Senior Program Officer for i-APS in the Middle East, with particular focus on Yemen operations. She is responsible for operation, technical and management aspects of work, training/mentoring for ongoing evaluations and TPM projects with UNICEF and other clients and partners.&nbsp;

Agron is a senior-level international relief and development professional with over 17 years of experience in program design and the implementation of large-scale programs and projects. During this time, Mr Ferati has directly managed projects worth more than 300 million USD. He has a proven record of executing complex negotiations and of managing programs in difficult operating environments. He was the Director of Program Development for the International Medical Corps (IMC) from 2009 to 2012. 
From 2004 to 2010, he was IMC’s Country/Regional Director or Operational Director in Haiti, Iraq, Saint Lucia, Middle East/Jordan and Lebanon. He has also worked as a Senior Finance Consultant and Internal Auditor in the private and international NGO sectors. Agron Ferati has led over 52 start-ups, undertaking both contract negotiations and corporate mergers in that capacity. Throughout his career, he has overseen the successful management and implementation of projects for a wide range of donors, including USAID.&nbsp;

Clara’s background is at the intersection between program management and research. As a program manager she has more than ten years of experience in different contexts (Egypt, Indonesia, Liberia, Italy, Jordan, and Uganda) and with different organizations (United Nations, INGOs) for which she managed large country programs, as well as UN multi-agency projects, and multi-country projects. With a Master of Arts in Human Rights from the University of Essex and a postgraduate diploma in Public Health, her main interest is access to health, including mental health, for the most vulnerable. As far as research is concerned, she has experience in quality and human rights assessments of mental health programs, as well as health and social services for people living with disabilities. Clara is serving as a Project Manager for i-APS in the Middle East and Mali, and also a focal point for public health programming.&nbsp;

Azam Alabedalhadi is a pharmacist, Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) expert, data analyst, and information management specialist. He has more than five years of experience in information management and MEAL related to emergency and multicultural environments. He has worked for local and international humanitarian organizations in information management and MEAL such as RI and ECU. During these experiences, He has proven abilities in program planning, implementation, coordination, designing monitoring evaluation systems, capacity building, training, surveys, research, in-depth data analysis, and report writing. Moreover, Sound knowledge of data management systems, database designing, mobile data collection software and remote management.&nbsp;

Wael Rahhal is a senior data analyst in data analysis division at i-APS. He is a business consultant in different fields in management and data scientist, he has more than seven years’ experience in data analysis in different industries including in humanitarians’ field, handling with big data, and machine learning methods by Python, Wael conducts qualitative and quantitative data analysis for i-APS projects like UNOCHA third party monitoring projects, with ensuring that the outputs are presented in high quality, also he engages in providing the translation for i-APS projects, as he is fluent in Arabic, English and Turkish. He has master MSc in Marketing, and he is a PhD candidate in Business Administration with a focus on Market Research, and conducts research on consumer behavior in conflicts countries. Much of his recent work employs machine learning methods to answer research questions in economics and management.&nbsp;

Erik is an experienced humanitarian and development sector professional with over 13 years of overseas work experience in countries in Africa, Asia, the MENA region and central-America. Starting his career as a consultant for the Dutch embassy in Sudan during the Darfur crisis, he then worked for multiple INGO’s as well as the United Nations World Food Programme, implementing programmes in a wide range of sectors: from health &amp; nutrition programmes in (South-) Sudan to micro hydro-power in Pakistan, from Disaster Risk Reduction programmes in the Philippines to Cash-based interventions in Turkey. During his career, Erik worked in logistics, programmatic and managerial functions, based in the field as well in national capitals. As such he has a broad and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of programme development and implementation, which is the area he has been working in for the last 3 years. At i-APS Erik is currently working on various TPM, evaluation and learning programs in Syria, Yemen, Syria and Turkey and supporting global program development efforts.&nbsp;

Ehab is an accomplished humanitarian and development sector professional with over 30 years of work experience. He has extensive management experience which includes all program cycle phases from the start-up, implementation, and closeout of the program. He is highly skillful in the areas of Management, Leadership, Business Administration, Health, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Public-Private development, Private-Sector Development, Local Government Development, and Planning with a solid background in community economic development acquired with more than fifteen years of overseas experience in several countries such as Egypt, Sudan, Jordon, Morocco, Eritrea, India, and Iraq. He used to work closely with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) at the national and grassroots levels, conducting community needs assessments and implementing economic &amp; social development, agriculture, and population and health programs. Moreover he has served as a consultant for several international NGOs and UN Agencies. At i-APS he is currently working as country program coordinator for Egypt, managing large-scale evaluation with i-APS in Egypt and provides capacity building and organizational development expertise as technical manager for a number of projects in Syria in collaboration with i-APS affiliate SY-APS.&nbsp;
