Third Party Monitoring Services: Bakery Rehabilitation And Agricultural Development Program

International Advisory, Products and Systems (i-APS) has been awarded a contract out of a program implemented by CHF for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Office of Food for Peace (FFP) in Middle East.

The objective of TPM is to complement CHFs internal monitoring of activities and work alongside their field staff to gather additional data to inform program delivery and track results through the lifecycle of the program. The TPM will provide an independent assessment of project activities as per the program work plan and processes established for remote management by CHF.

This TPM assignment seeks to independently verify activities and processes and assess change in food security in the target population for the Bakery Rehabilitation and Agricultural Development (BReAD) program in Middle East.

The goal of the FTPM is to collect independent data on GC activities to verify the following:

  • What is the extent and quality of the support received by the mills and bakeries?
  • What are the benefits or obstacles identified as a result of the activities?
  • How are the coordination and support to local councils and bakery committees operating?

We will complete observation checklists and conduct KIIs and FGDs at bakeries and mills on a bi-monthly basis.
