Finance and Contract Specialist

Zeljka Kovacevic manages financial operations, contract administration, and full-cycle payment processing at i-APS. In her role, she ensures strict compliance with internal policies and USG contracting standards while actively driving system improvements, including tax mapping and AI automation for accounting and financial reporting.

She brings over 20 years of experience managing complex financial operations, budgeting, and donor compliance for USG and USAID-funded international development projects. Prior to joining i-APS, Zeljka spent over a decade as a Regional Accountant for the USAID Regional Financial Management Center, providing financial management services for missions and representative offices across more than ten countries. She holds a degree in Accounting from Humber College in Toronto and a Level III CGA (Certified General Accountant) certification.
